Privacy in plain language: VecSynIQ is designed as a local-first creative utility. Artwork you import for vectorization, print preparation, cutter workflows, and export is processed on your device and is not intentionally uploaded to Mrdzyn Studio. VecSynIQ does not require a VecSynIQ account, does not contain third-party advertising, and does not use an analytics SDK for artwork or usage tracking. Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and managed in the app through RevenueCat, which receives limited purchase, entitlement, anonymous identifier, and subscription-service information needed to provide that functionality.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how VecSynIQ, developed by Mrdzyn Studio, accesses, processes, stores, and handles information when you install, use, purchase, or interact with the mobile application.

VecSynIQ is a creative image-to-vector and production-artwork utility. Current functionality includes local raster-to-vector conversion, SVG export, print preparation, Layered Cut SVG workflows, cleanup, Weld, Stacked and Sliced cutter geometry, registration marks, weed boxes, contour generation, per-layer export, and Cutter Bundle ZIP export.

This policy applies to VecSynIQ itself. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, your operating system, and any destination you intentionally export or share files to operate under their own privacy practices and terms.

2. Local-First Processing

VecSynIQ is designed so that core artwork processing occurs locally on your device.

The app may process information such as:

• Images you deliberately select or import, including PNG and JPEG files.
• Vector geometry generated from those images.
• SVG artwork and cutter-ready geometry.
• Transparency and print-preparation results.
• Layer, cleanup, Weld, Stacked, Sliced, helper, contour, and machine-profile settings.
• Exported SVG, PNG, ZIP, and related production files.

This artwork and derived geometry are used to perform the functions you request within VecSynIQ.

Mrdzyn Studio does not intentionally receive or store copies of your imported artwork, generated SVG geometry, cutter layers, or exported production files on a Mrdzyn Studio-operated server as part of normal VecSynIQ 1.0 use.

VecSynIQ 1.0 does not provide Mrdzyn Studio cloud storage, artwork synchronization, public artwork hosting, or a VecSynIQ cloud backup service.

3. Files and Photos You Select

VecSynIQ may use operating-system file or image pickers to let you choose artwork from your device or supported storage providers.
