DiaKeep is a private, offline-first health record app for iOS and Android. It helps users record and organize glucose readings, medications, appointments, laboratory results, notes, and supporting report images.
DiaKeep is not designed specifically for children and does not contain games, social networking, messaging, advertising, user-generated public content, or unrestricted web browsing.
We recommend age 13 and above for independent use because DiaKeep involves managing sensitive health information, medication schedules, laboratory values, and medical appointments.
Users under 13 should use DiaKeep only with the involvement and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible caregiver. A parent or guardian may also use DiaKeep on their own device to maintain records for a child or dependent.
This recommendation is about the maturity needed to understand and manage health information. It does not mean that DiaKeep provides medical advice or treatment decisions.
DiaKeep allows users to record health-related information such as:
DiaKeep does not diagnose medical conditions, recommend treatments, calculate medication doses, or replace professional medical advice. Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional for diagnosis, treatment, medication changes, or other medical decisions.
DiaKeep is not intended for emergency medical use.
DiaKeep does not require an account, email address, phone number, or patient name. Mrdzyn Studio does not collect or receive personal health records through normal use of the app.
