CueNexa may access personal information such as your voice, meeting audio, transcripts, notes, and names mentioned during a meeting, but its core meeting processing happens locally on your PC by default. This Privacy Policy explains how CueNexa, a Windows desktop application developed by Mrdzyn Studio, accesses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the app.
CueNexa is designed around local processing, data minimization, and user control. A CueNexa account is not required for the app's core local meeting features.
CueNexa may access or process personal information because meetings can contain information that identifies or relates to people. Depending on how you use CueNexa, this may include:
Accessing or processing this information on your device does not mean Mrdzyn Studio receives it. CueNexa's core meeting workflow is designed so this information remains on your Windows PC by default.
CueNexa may access your microphone and supported Windows system or meeting audio after you start a meeting and grant the required Windows permissions.
Captured audio is used for local transcription and meeting analysis. CueNexa does not transmit meeting audio to Mrdzyn Studio or a third-party cloud speech-recognition service as part of its normal local meeting workflow.
CueNexa does not require a meeting bot to join Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Webex, or another conferencing service. It processes supported audio available locally on your PC.
