A private place for your health records

DiaKeep helps you organize diabetes-related health information, laboratory results, appointments, notes, and supporting images in one secure app.

Your records are stored locally on your device rather than uploaded to a DiaKeep cloud service or developer-operated server.

Privacy by design

DiaKeep does not require your identity. You do not need to provide a name, email address, phone number, username, or online account to use the app.

If you voluntarily enter a patient name or include identifying information in a photographed laboratory report, that information remains within DiaKeep's locally protected storage unless you intentionally export or share it.

For additional privacy, DiaKeep recommends covering, cropping, blurring, or excluding unnecessary identifying information such as patient names, dates of birth, addresses, patient numbers, QR codes, and barcodes before saving a laboratory report image.

Security

• Encrypted local storage — health records are protected at rest within the app's local database.
• PIN protection — access to DiaKeep requires a local app PIN.
