Privacy in plain language: Elevator, Please! is designed as a local-first game and is distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery. Your level progress, unlocked content, settings, resumable session data, and local high scores are stored on your device and are not intentionally sent to Mrdzyn Studio. The game does not require an Elevator, Please! account, does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not operate a custom cloud backend. On iOS, you may optionally use Apple Game Center for the Endless Mode leaderboard. When you use Game Center, Apple processes Game Center information under Apple's own privacy terms, and Elevator, Please! submits your Endless Mode score to Apple so it can appear on the leaderboard. Google Play and Huawei AppGallery may separately process store, account, download, update, security, or diagnostic information under their own privacy policies.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Elevator, Please!, a mobile game developed by Mrdzyn Studio, handles information when you install and use the game on supported platforms. Elevator, Please! may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery using the same app identity/package family where applicable.

The game is designed so that its core gameplay works offline. It does not require a custom user account, developer-operated cloud database, analytics service, advertising network, or external AI service.

This policy applies to Elevator, Please! itself. Apple, Google, Huawei, device manufacturers, operating-system providers, and other services you intentionally use operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

Elevator, Please! stores the information needed to operate your game locally on your device. Depending on how you play, this may include:

• Challenge completion and progression.
• Unlocked levels or modes.
• Endless Mode local high scores.
• Current or resumable gameplay session data.
• Game settings and preferences, such as audio and haptic settings.
• Other local state needed to continue your game experience.

This information is used only to operate the game, preserve your progress and preferences, and support features such as Continue and local score tracking.

Mrdzyn Studio does not intentionally receive or store a copy of this normal gameplay data on a Mrdzyn Studio-operated server.

Elevator, Please! does not currently provide a developer-operated cloud save or cross-device synchronization service.

3. No Elevator, Please! Account or Login

Elevator, Please! does not require you to create an app-specific account, provide an email address, create a password, or register with Mrdzyn Studio in order to play.

On iOS, Apple Game Center may use your Apple Account when you choose to use Game Center features. That Apple-managed account is separate from Elevator, Please! and is governed by Apple's policies.
