Privacy in plain language: ManagerGym is designed as a local-first leadership practice app. Your scenario choices, leadership scores, workout history, XP, streaks, achievements, training-path progress, and similar practice data are stored on your device and are not intentionally sent to Mrdzyn Studio. ManagerGym does not require a ManagerGym account or login. Paid subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed in the app through RevenueCat.

This Privacy Policy explains how ManagerGym, a mobile leadership-practice application developed by Mrdzyn Studio, handles information when you install, use, or purchase access to the app.
ManagerGym provides interactive workplace-conversation scenarios, structured feedback, progress tracking, training paths, and optional paid access to ManagerGym Pro.
This policy applies to the ManagerGym app itself. Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other services you intentionally interact with operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
ManagerGym 1.0 does not require you to create a ManagerGym account, provide an email address, create a password, or sign in through Apple, Google, or another identity provider.
Mrdzyn Studio does not operate a ManagerGym user-account database for normal app use.
Your Apple ID or Google account may be used by the applicable app store to process purchases, subscriptions, downloads, restores, and other store functions. Those store accounts are separate from ManagerGym and are governed by Apple or Google's policies.
