Privacy in plain language: DiaKeep is an offline-first health record app. Your lab results, appointments, attached images, and other health information are stored on your device and are not uploaded to a DiaKeep cloud service or developer-operated server. DiaKeep does not require your identity, and Mrdzyn Studio does not collect or receive identifying personal information through normal use of the app. DiaKeep does not use advertising, tracking, or analytics SDKs. Data leaves DiaKeep's protected app storage only when you intentionally choose to export, share, or place information into another device service such as your calendar.

This Privacy Policy explains how DiaKeep, a mobile application for iOS and Android, handles information when you use the app.
DiaKeep is designed around data minimization and local processing. The app does not require you to create a DiaKeep account and does not provide cloud synchronization or a DiaKeep-hosted online database.

DiaKeep does not require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, account information, or other information that directly identifies you in order to use the app.
Mrdzyn Studio does not collect or receive identifying personal information through normal use of DiaKeep. Your health records are stored locally on your device.
You may voluntarily enter a patient name or other identifying information in your records. If you choose to do so, that information remains within DiaKeep's locally encrypted storage unless you intentionally export, share, or transfer it using a feature of your device.
Laboratory reports may contain identifying information such as a patient's name, date of birth, address, hospital or patient number, QR code, barcode, or other identifiers.
